Our journey for pursuing the new-style cuisine “Teppan Kaiseki” started from inspiration by chef Takashi Motomatsu whenever he thinks about meals that people said “we are what we eat”.
The basic stance of Japanese traditional dishes is following the way of having a well-balanced meal, it brings a better result of nutrient interaction that is recommended by modern science. To serve Kushiyaki-style makes it possible to eat many kinds of food with its various taste.
In addition, cooking the ingredients helps to improve the rate of digestion of the nutrients, and with the use of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, not only is it good effect to decrease LDL, but also helps to improve it. We try our best to make people healthy both physically and mentally through serving delicious dishes.
